During all school holidays there is a varied recreation program for the whole family at Holiday Park Witterzomer.

Will you come play at Skik? An indoor playground where the outdoors have been brought indoors. Four bowling lanes have been realized in the basement, and we serve pizza at the restaurant! 

Bowling is a family activity that always equals a pleasant time. Who will bowl the first strike, and who will take the victory? Guaranteed fun for visitors of all ages. 

The miniature golf course is unique in The Netherlands. No less than three times larger than a regular course, with lots of renovated obstacles. You will not be bored for a moment at the 18 holes!

There are two all-weather tennis courts at the holiday park. The courts have good grip throughout the year, and turning is effortless. This makes it a wonderful experience to get active and play a game of tennis during your holiday!

When we say MEGA bouncy castle, we definitely mean MEGA! There is room for many children at the same time. Your children will not be able to get enough of jumping here!

The swimming pond with its sandy beach is sheltered by trees and is the perfect place to cool off on a hot day. The bottom of the pond gradually slopes down, so it's safe for children who can already swim and quite pleasant if you want to cool off!

Your children will experience tons fun during their holiday in the heated outdoor pool with a spectacular water slide. The little ones can splash around in the heated paddling pool with a lifelike "water snake".

You will find the Supermarket in the center of the resort. This is the place to go to for your daily groceries, barbecue equipment, fresh produce, bread, and much more!

Don't feel like cooking? Snack bar De Rappehap is located next to Brasserie De Bosuil. Here you can get a delicious snack, such as a Slush Puppy or some fries. When the weather is nice, you can even sit on the terrace of the Pavilion, next to the swimming pool, for a refreshing drink or a delicious sandwich.

Would you like to use the Internet during your stay at Holiday Park Witterzomer? If so, you can use the wireless Internet connection which is available across virtually the entire park!

Brasserie De Bosuil is located at the entrance of Holiday Resort Witterzomer. Enjoy a nice cup of coffee or an ice cream there!

There is a large launderette at Holiday Park Witterzomer with washing machines and dryers. This means you will not have to worry about the dirty laundry!

With sixteen dolmen in the immediate vicinity, Borger in Drenthe is the dolmen capital of the Netherlands. So it makes a lot of sense that the Hunebedcentrum (Dolmen Center) can also be found here! Next to this center, you will find a large pebble garden and the largest dolmen of the Netherlands is a little further out.

The city center of Assen is at a stone's throw distance from Witterzomer and is well accessible from the park both by car and bicycle. You can get a city plan at the reception.
